Peoples Election Groups
First you need to be defined as a group of people with a common interest, such as the Sierra Club, a prison or jail, Indians on a reservation, or an existing precinct. Next, you need to determine the issues that are most important to you and that you want to vote on. There must be at least an ability to vote for or against the issue, or a list of multiple choice alternatives. Since Vvvotes.org does not yet have the funds to create software, my suggestion is put your ballot on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper with space for the voter to write in their name, address, and any other identifying information. You can make a list of all votes, and have each voter initial their vote as correct. You do not need 100%, but a statistical sample that can say the vote is at least 99% correct. You should have two or three people responsible for creating the list and having it verified by the voters. They then sign at the bottom of the list certifying exactly what they did. It is then delivered to the Seat of Government. We would advise that one of the issues on your ballot is whether or not to make the secret campaign finance bank accounts public.
Article II, Section 1, paragraph 3 of the United States Constitution states: “the Electors shall meet in their respective States, and vote by Ballot.” That is how they vote, then “they shall make a List of all the Persons voted for, and of the Number of Votes for each; which List they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the Seat of the Government”
The official certification can give the names of each voter and how they voted. I would place at the top of this certification that this election is being conducted under Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution.
Next, you need to determine who is the seat of government. If you are in a state prison or jail, then the Seat of Government is the President of the Senate of that state. If you are voting on an issue that is national, then the Seat of Government is the President of the U.S. Senate.
Last, Vvvotes.org is here to help you do that. We would like to be on that certification, and if we are able to audit it, then we will place our name on it along with yours. Hopefully, we will get so many of these votes, that we will be able to force elections away from government. If your election is denied, which I’m sure many will be, we can then help you with filing for subpoenas to see the campaign finance bank accounts of the legislators, and file a Petition for a Writ of Quo Warranto with the Supreme Court.
We the people of the United States of America give notice to the government that we will run our own elections without government interference in compliance with Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.
